# Pricing

> A flat monthly plan pays LazyApp. Meta bills your messages directly, and LazyApp adds 0% to Meta's rates.

You pay for LazyApp and for WhatsApp messages separately, to two different companies:

| Bill | Who charges you | What for | How |
| - | - | - | - |
| Your plan | LazyApp | The console, inbox, broadcasts, automations, the API and the rest of the product | A flat monthly or yearly price, by card through Stripe |
| Your messages | Meta | Each charged WhatsApp message | Meta's own rates, to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account |

**LazyApp adds 0% to Meta's message rates.** LazyApp is a Meta Tech Provider, so Meta bills every message to your business's own Meta payment method, at Meta's rates. LazyApp never sits between you and Meta's invoice. Your plan is the only thing that pays LazyApp.

This split is deliberate. A plan price you can read in advance is easier to budget than a per-send fee that grows with every campaign, and you see Meta's real price for each message instead of a resold one.

## Plans

| Plan | Price a month | Numbers | Members | Broadcast sends a month |
| - | - | - | - | - |
| Starter | ₹499 | 1 | 2 | 2,000 |
| Growth | ₹1,499 | 1 | 5 | 15,000 |
| Pro | ₹3,999 | 3 | 15 | 1,00,000 (fair use) |

Add extra members (₹299 a month each) and extra numbers (₹999 a month each) to any plan. Pay yearly and you pay ten months' price. 18% GST is added once LazyApp is registered for it. See [Plans and limits](https://docs.lazyapp.in/billing/pricing-and-tiers.md) for what each plan includes and what happens when you reach a limit.

There is no free plan. The shared test number in test mode is free, so you can build and try every feature before you pay. Connecting your own WhatsApp number needs a plan.

## Messages

Meta charges per delivered message, by [category](https://docs.lazyapp.in/billing/whatsapp-rates.md#categories) and the contact's country. Keep a payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account in Meta Business Settings. Without one, Meta stops delivering charged messages, whatever plan you are on.

From 1 October 2026, Meta gives each number 1,000 free service messages a month. Replies beyond that are charged. See [Service messages from 1 October 2026](https://docs.lazyapp.in/billing/meta-message-billing.md#service-messages-from-1-october-2026).

## Where to manage it

* **Settings → Billing** in the console: choose or change a plan, buy add-ons, pay an open invoice, and open **Manage billing** (the Stripe Customer Portal) for your card, invoices and cancellation.
* **Usage** in the console: messages by category and number, Meta's rates, and how many free replies each number has used this month.

## Resellers and platform teams

Two kinds of account pay LazyApp differently, from a wallet:

* **Resellers** pay LazyApp's plan price for each client workspace from their own wallet, and bill their clients whatever they like outside LazyApp. See [Resellers](https://docs.lazyapp.in/platform/resellers.md).
* **Platform teams** pay ₹999 a month for each connected customer number, from their wallet. See [Platform overview](https://docs.lazyapp.in/platform/overview.md).

Neither adds anything per message. Meta bills each business for its own messages. See [Wallets](https://docs.lazyapp.in/billing/wallets.md).
