# LazyApp

> One WhatsApp API for developers, SaaS platforms and businesses.

LazyApp is a WhatsApp Business Platform provider. You get one REST API, one set of webhooks, and a console for the people who work in the inbox every day.

You do not talk to Meta directly. LazyApp holds the WhatsApp Business Account, the phone numbers and the credentials, and gives you a stable API in front of them.

## Pick your path

> **[WhatsApp guide](https://docs.lazyapp.in/guides/whatsapp.md)**
>
> Quick reference, doc map, and what LazyApp supports today.

> **[Send your first message](https://docs.lazyapp.in/quickstart.md)**
>
> Create a key and send a WhatsApp message in about five minutes.

> **[Onboard your own customers](https://docs.lazyapp.in/platform/overview.md)**
>
> Resell LazyApp. Each customer gets an isolated workspace and connects their own number.

> **[Migrate from Kapso](https://docs.lazyapp.in/migrating/from-kapso.md)**
>
> Keep Meta-shaped sends on the LazyApp proxy, then move webhooks and setup links.

> **[Migrate an integration](https://docs.lazyapp.in/migrating/from-cloud-api.md)**
>
> Already on Meta's Cloud API? Change the base URL and the token.

## What the API covers

> **[Messages](https://docs.lazyapp.in/sending/messages.md)**
>
> Text, template, media, location, contacts, interactive and reaction sends, plus scheduling.

> **[Templates](https://docs.lazyapp.in/sending/templates.md)**
>
> Create, submit for Meta review, and sync status back.

> **[Events](https://docs.lazyapp.in/sending/events.md)**
>
> Say what happened — `order.shipped` — and let LazyApp choose the template.

> **[Verify](https://docs.lazyapp.in/sending/verify.md)**
>
> One-time passcodes with fraud controls, managed or delivery-only.

> **[Webhooks](https://docs.lazyapp.in/webhooks/overview.md)**
>
> Signed, at-least-once delivery with retries, a dead-letter queue and replay.

> **[Broadcasts](https://docs.lazyapp.in/sending/broadcasts.md)**
>
> Template sends to a segment, with quiet hours and frequency caps.

## Two things worth knowing up front

> **Every key belongs to one workspace and one mode**
>
> A key is either `live` or `test`. Test keys never reach a real phone and are free;
> live keys need the [Pro plan](https://docs.lazyapp.in/billing/pricing-and-tiers.md). Nothing you
> read or write with a key can reach another workspace, so there is no account id to
> pass on requests. See [Workspaces and modes](https://docs.lazyapp.in/concepts/workspaces-and-modes.md).

> **Some features depend on Meta approving your account**
>
> Calling, block lists and India payments are gated by Meta per account. Ask
> [`GET /v1/capabilities`](https://docs.lazyapp.in/concepts/capabilities) what a number supports rather than
> assuming — it can change without a deploy on your side.
