Sync flows from WhatsApp
Reads every flow on the WhatsApp Business account from Meta. Flows made outside LazyApp, for example in WhatsApp Manager, are imported with their Flow JSON. Status changes made there are brought in. A flow that already has Flow JSON in LazyApp keeps it.
Required scope: flows:write
